Grandmaster Park Bu Kwang shows us a powerful version of Ko-Dang, a pattern that the International Taekwon-Do Federation used to do. When the ITF shifted to North Korea in 1980 or so, the ITF jettisoned Ko-Dang in favour of Ju-Che pattern, a gift to North Korea. I learned Ko-Dang and love Park's powerful speedy version.
